Shining Star Spotlight: Riley Augst, May 2026

Since joining the Kalamazoo/St. Joseph County Welfare Reform team, Riley has quickly established herself as a valuable asset to the organization. Whether she is working directly with customers, assisting coworkers with file audits, or meeting with participants on behalf of another Career Coach, she approaches every task with professionalism and a genuine desire to help. Her ability to adapt to changing needs and support her team demonstrates the qualities of an outstanding workforce development professional.

Beyond her daily responsibilities, Riley treats everyone she encounters with respect and kindness. She consistently demonstrates a sincere commitment to helping others achieve their goals and creates a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues alike.
