Requests for Proposals and Requests for Quotes – work with Michigan Works!

The Michigan Works! Southwest Workforce Development Board periodically releases announcements seeking proposals for workforce development services for the Michigan Works! Area serving Branch, Calhoun, Kalamazoo and St. Joseph Counties.

Proposals for workforce development services are solicited through a competitive bidding process and result in the selection of one or more agencies to provide services being solicited under each Request for Proposal (RFP).

A request for proposal does not commit the Michigan Works! Southwest / Upjohn Institute to award a contract, to pay any cost incurred in the preparation of a proposal in response to a request or to procure a contract for services. The Michigan Works! Southwest / Upjohn Institute may without notice cancel, in part or in its entirety, any request for proposal.

Organizations interested in bidding should submit a Letter of Intent which can be found under each RFP listed.

To receive notifications of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) or Requests for Quotes (RFQs) released by Michigan Works! Southwest, please complete the vendor information form.
