Shining Star Spotlight: Hannah Klein, March 2026

Michigan Works! Southwest is proud to recognize Hannah Klein as the March 2026 Shining Star Award recipient for her outstanding dedication, adaptability, and commitment to serving customers.

Hannah consistently goes above and beyond, always stepping up when needed to support both her team and the individuals we serve. One of her most impactful contributions has been her continued growth in Spanish language skills, which has allowed her to better assist Spanish-speaking customers and ensure they feel welcomed, supported, and understood. Her efforts have made her an invaluable asset to the team and have strengthened service delivery in meaningful ways.

In addition to her language skills, Hannah has successfully transitioned into the Career Coach role, where she continues to demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and a strong commitment to helping individuals achieve their goals. She has embraced this new responsibility with confidence and continues to make a positive impact in her work.

Hannah also plays an important role in coordinating and proctoring ACT WorkKeys testing, ensuring that this critical service runs smoothly and efficiently for customers.

Her willingness to step in wherever needed, combined with her dedication to growth and excellence, truly embodies the spirit of the Shining Star Award.
