Public Comment

All Regional and Local Plans, and any modifications to such plans, are subject to a 30-day public review and comment period as described in the WIOA and the WIOA Final Regulations.

The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Four-Year Regional and Local Plans for Program Years (PYs) 2020 through 2023 for Region 8  and Michigan Works! Southwest are available below and will be available until September 6, 2020 for public comment.

Comments on the WIOA Local Plan for the Michigan Works! Southwest Area and/or the WIOA Regional Plan for Region 8 may be submitted in writing to:
